📌 ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The successful candidate will join the Sales and Distribution environment and provide support on various projects and business activities.
The programme is designed to provide participants with practical, on-the-job work experience, while allowing them to apply knowledge gained through their studies in a real workplace environment.
It is an excellent opportunity for students who require P1 and P2 workplace experience as part of their qualification.
📝 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Support various project work within Sales and Distribution.
- Assist with problem-solving and resolving operational issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to complete Work Integrated Learning projects assigned by the Line Manager.
- Gain practical on-the-job workplace experience aligned with their career aspirations.
- Collect and analyse Sales and Distribution data.
- Assist with route allocation.
- Support crate management activities.
- Perform sales administration duties.
- Complete additional responsibilities as required to support business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute towards the successful delivery of assigned projects.
🎓 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Currently in their final year of study, OR meet the qualification requirements for the workplace experience opportunity.
- National Diploma / B-Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Qualification must require P1 and P2 workplace experience.
- Relevant fields of study include:
- Sales and Marketing
- Logistics Management
- Other relevant National Diploma qualifications
- Candidates should not have worked full-time for more than one year in their field of study.
