🎯 PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The purpose of the Waitron position is to provide high-quality dine-in service while ensuring that every customer receives a welcoming, efficient and positive experience.
The successful candidate will interact directly with customers, take food and beverage orders, serve meals and beverages, maintain clean dining areas and work closely with the kitchen and cashier teams.
🍽️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Presenting menus to customers and explaining available specials.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders.
- Communicating customer orders correctly to the relevant team members.
- Serving meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Checking customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Clearing tables efficiently after customers have finished their meals.
- Resetting tables and preparing them for the next customers.
- Processing customer payments when required.
- Handling customer questions and complaints professionally.
- Maintaining cleanliness and good presentation within dining areas.
- Working closely with the kitchen and cashier teams to ensure efficient service.
- Following restaurant procedures and service standards.
- Contributing towards a positive and welcoming store environment.
