Job Overview
adidas is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join its store team at Southgate Mall in Johannesburg.
The successful candidate will support management with the day-to-day running and maintenance of the store while delivering an excellent customer experience. The role is focused on retail sales, customer service, product knowledge, stock handling and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for:
- Providing every customer with a high standard of adidas service.
- Greeting customers and assisting them in finding suitable products.

- Explaining product features and technical information to customers.

Customer Service

During particularly busy periods, the Retail Sales Associate may also be required to primarily perform greeting duties at the store entrance.
