Job Overview
Pedros is opening a brand-new restaurant in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal and is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Cashier to join the launch team.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders accurately.
- Receiving and processing customer payments.
- Operating the restaurant’s POS system.
- Handling cash, card and digital payments responsibly.
- Issuing receipts to customers.
- Processing refunds or exchanges according to company procedures.
- Troubleshooting basic POS-related issues.
- Managing customer queues efficiently.

- Responding to basic customer queries and complaints.
- Promoting restaurant specials and relevant products.
- Upselling products where appropriate.

Customer Service
