About Momentum Investments
Momentum Investments is offering a 12-month Youth Employment Services (YES) Learnership designed to give young South Africans meaningful workplace experience within the financial services industry.
The programme is aimed at ambitious, curious and motivated individuals who are ready to take their first step into the professional world. Successful learners will gain practical experience, develop workplace skills and work alongside experienced professionals while building a foundation for a future career.
The programme provides exposure to areas including Finance, Investments, Customer Experience and Data, allowing participants to gain insight into real business challenges and professional working environments.
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend throughout the 12-month programme.
Role Purpose
The YES Learnership aims to develop young talent through structured workplace exposure, on-the-job training and skills development.
Learners will contribute to delivering effective and efficient service to Momentum Investments clients while developing their professional capabilities. The programme is intended to improve employment readiness, confidence, workplace knowledge and practical skills.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Education
A relevant Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Finance
- Accounting
- Investment Management
- Customer Experience Management
- Risk Management
- Statistics
- Mathematics
- Other related fields
Other Requirements
- South African citizen.
- 18–25 years old.
- Currently unemployed.
- Must be a first-time participant in the YES Programme.
- Functional ability to use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
