🎓 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Grade 12 is essential.

💳 Point of Sale & Cash Handling
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Scan merchandise accurately.
- Process customer payments correctly.
- Handle cash safely and responsibly.
- Ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Process Clicks ClubCard rewards where applicable.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy when dealing with customer transactions.
❤️ Customer Service
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist customers with their needs and queries.
- Act as a positive Clicks brand ambassador.
- Remain visible and approachable on the shop floor.
- Help create a positive customer experience.
- Provide customers with accurate information about products and services.

🏷️ Promotions & ClubCard
- Promote the Clicks ClubCard to customers.
- Encourage eligible customers to join the ClubCard programme.
- Inform customers about current promotions and special offers.
- Ensure customers are aware of relevant products and promotional opportunities.
- Support store sales by providing customers with useful product and promotion information.
🛒 Merchandising & Housekeeping
- Assist with merchandising according to store standards.
- Maintain product displays according to visual merchandising requirements.
- Keep the store and work areas clean, organised and presentable.
- Support general housekeeping duties.
- Follow stock-management procedures.
- Assist with maintaining appropriate product availability and presentation.
