🎓 WHO CAN APPLY?
The learnership is intended for unemployed young people who:
- Are South African youth.
- Are between 18 and 23 years old.
- Have completed Matric / Grade 12.
- Are currently unemployed.
- Have never been employed in the field related to the learnership.
- Have never previously participated in a learnership programme in the relevant field.
- Have not previously served as a learner.
- Are willing to undergo the required verification and security vetting processes.

📂 WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
Successful learners will receive workplace exposure to various claims and file administration activities.
Work-based exposure may include:
- Receiving and recording new files from the Correspondence Department.
- Conducting pre-assessment of new files.
- Receiving files from the pre-assessment team.
- Preparing files for scanning.
- Scanning documents.
- Indexing files.
- Uploading documents.
- Preparing files for storage.
- Registering new files.
- Updating and correcting registrations.
- Conducting verification and validation of files to ensure compliance.
- Issuing letters of compliance or non-compliance.
This can provide valuable exposure to claims administration, document management, records management and office processes.
📋 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
