Job Overview
Cotton On is looking for a Casual Team Member to join its team at Galleria Shopping Centre in KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service

- Assist customers with their shopping needs.

Store Presentation
- Help maintain a clean, organised and inviting store environment.
- Assist with merchandising products according to store standards.
- Replenish stock when required.
- Help ensure products are presented neatly and are easily accessible to customers.
- Support the team in maintaining an attractive and enjoyable shopping environment.
Teamwork and Store Performance
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.
- Support the team during busy trading periods.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic workplace culture.
- Participate in achieving team targets and celebrating successes.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and contribute wherever support is needed.
