📢 PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Rand Water is offering an opportunity for one Graduate Trainee to join its structured Graduate Programme at the Rietvlei site in Johannesburg.
The programme is designed to expose graduates to the workplace while providing opportunities to develop important technical and professional competencies within their respective field of study.
The successful candidate will participate in a 24-month structured development programme, gaining practical workplace exposure through training, coaching and on-the-job learning.
This opportunity is particularly suitable for graduates who have completed a suitable qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management and have not yet gained work experience in their field of study.
🎓 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Applicants from all races are eligible to apply.
- Must have Matric / Grade 12.
- Must have a suitable qualification in one of the specified fields:
- MPhil in Supply Chain Management, or
- M Com in Logistics Management.
- Applicants must be under the age of 35.
- Applicants should not have work experience related to their field of study.
- Applicants should not previously have participated in a graduate or internship programme.
