VKB Group is looking for a General Worker to join its VKB Milling – Christiana Maize Mill team in Christiana, North West.
This is an entry-level permanent opportunity suitable for candidates who are comfortable with physical work and general duties within a milling and agricultural processing environment.
The successful candidate will assist with general housekeeping, cleaning, loading and offloading of stock, stock control and other duties as required by the business.
🎓 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Ability to perform hard manual labour.
- Good physical fitness and stamina.

💼 KEY DUTIES
The General Worker will be responsible for:
- Loading and offloading stock.
- Keeping the premises clean and tidy.
- Performing general cleaning duties.
- Maintaining general housekeeping of the premises.
- Assisting with stock control.
- Performing ad hoc duties assigned by management.
- Ensuring general areas remain neat and organised.
- Following workplace instructions and procedures.
- Supporting the team with operational activities.
- Performing any other reasonable duties required by the business.

This General Worker position provides an opportunity to work within an established agricultural processing business.
