As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by providing expert advice on beauty and skincare products, recommending products that suit customers’ needs, and creating a welcoming shopping experience. You’ll also play a key role in driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring the beauty department is always well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
As a Beauty Advisor, your daily duties will include:
- Assisting customers with professional beauty and skincare advice.
- Recommending products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Promoting and selling beauty, skincare, and exclusive Clicks products.
- Achieving monthly sales and customer service targets.
- Cross-selling and upselling products to maximise sales.
- Keeping up to date with the latest beauty products, trends, promotions, and events.
- Monitoring product performance and providing feedback where necessary.
- Maintaining attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Managing stock levels, reducing shrinkage, and ensuring accurate stock control.
- Keeping the beauty department clean, organised, and fully merchandised.
- Promoting the Clicks ClubCard programme and signing up new members.
- Delivering professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service at all times.
- Following company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) (Essential).
- A beauty or skincare qualification will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent selling skills.
- Confidence in engaging with customers and recommending products.
- Understanding of merchandising and retail operations.
- Knowledge of stock management procedures.
- Results-driven with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Well-organised and able to work under pressure.
