Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests.
- Preparing the dining area before service, ensuring all mise-en-place is completed.
- Greeting guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately.
- Processing orders efficiently and ensuring timely delivery.
- Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
- Preparing for individual and group reservations.
- Setting tables according to company standards using clean and undamaged equipment.
- Keeping waiter stations stocked with clean cutlery, napkins, and service items.
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and ingredients.
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently without making guests feel rushed.
- Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving concerns professionally.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas.
- Following all company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assisting with additional duties to support restaurant operations when required.
Minimum Requirements
