Job Overview
Transnet Corporate Centre is inviting applications from qualifying TVET College students for its Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Non-Technical Learner Programme. The programme will be offered in Johannesburg and Durban and provides 18 months of practical workplace experience.
The programme is designed for students who have completed the theoretical component of their TVET qualification and require Work Integrated Learning (In-Service Training) to complete their studies. Successful learners will receive practical training, mentorship, and valuable workplace exposure while working alongside experienced professionals.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate
- Completed all theoretical N4 to N6 studies in one of the following fields:
- Human Resource Management
- Marketing
- Financial Management
- Office Management
- South African citizen
- Between 18 and 35 years of age
- In-Service Training (WIL) letter from the TVET College
- Certified copy of South African ID
- Certified copy of Matric Certificate
- Full academic record
- No bursary obligation with another company
