Foschini is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join its team in Estcourt, KwaZulu-Natal. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fashion, customer service, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining attractive merchandise displays, replenishing stock, and creating an enjoyable shopping experience for customers. As a brand ambassador, you will help customers find products that suit their needs while contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Foschini.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
- Building strong customer relationships and encouraging customer loyalty.
- Staying up to date with the latest fashion and décor trends.
- Identifying opportunities to generate additional sales.
- Replenishing stock and ensuring shelves are fully merchandised.
- Keeping the store clean, organised, and ready for customers at all times.
- Assisting with general store operations when required.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
