Job Overview
Hollywoodbets is looking for energetic and results-driven Field Sales Agents to join its team in Greater Kokstad, KwaZulu-Natal. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, meeting sales targets, and promoting products in the field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing Hollywoodbets’ mobile customer base by promoting mobile betting services, assisting customers with account registrations, driving daily sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires someone who is confident, self-motivated, and passionate about sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Promote Hollywoodbets mobile products and services.
- Assist customers with opening new betting accounts.
- Help customers submit the correct FICA documentation.
- Demonstrate how to use the Hollywoodbets mobile application.
- Encourage new customers to use their sign-up bonuses.
- Assist customers with betting-related enquiries.
- Conduct mobile marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
- Set up promotional displays at branches, events, and activation sites.
- Keep accurate records of daily sales activities and submit reports to management.
- Ensure all promotional equipment is properly maintained and safeguarded.
- Complete weekly Moodle training, Bet Strike training, Voice Note training, and Trainers on Wheels programmes.
- Travel between branches and stores when required by operational needs.
- Represent the Hollywoodbets brand professionally at all times.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good understanding of mobile technology and internet applications.
Advantageous Experience
The following will be beneficial:
- Previous experience as a Sales Promoter, Brand Promoter, or Field Sales Agent.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Knowledge of mobile and internet betting.
- Understanding of betting procedures, betting types, and Top Voucher (TUV) distribution.
