About the Programme

Applicants must currently live in Johannesburg or be willing to relocate to Gauteng at their own expense.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Operations Management
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Science
- Engineering
- General Management
- A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- A valid South African driver’s licence.
- Their own reliable vehicle.
- A clear criminal record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel and participate in job rotations across different business units.
