Key Responsibilities
As a Club V Attendant, your duties will include:
- Managing the electronic access and exit of children into the Club V facility.
- Ensuring all access cards are valid and contain the correct information.
- Monitoring and enforcing the two-consecutive-hour attendance rule.
- Planning and carrying out activities according to the monthly activity roster and themed programmes.
- Interacting with children through games, educational activities, and creative play.
- Creating a fun, nurturing, and welcoming environment for toddlers, babies, and young children.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic childcare facility at all times.
- Following all emergency procedures and operational standards.
- Supervising children to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Reporting incidents immediately to the Manager on Duty (MOD) or Club V Coordinator.
- Managing Club V equipment, toys, books, games, arts and crafts materials, consumables, and cleaning supplies using the required stock checklists.
- Supporting the delivery of children’s wellness and activity programmes.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A clear criminal record.
- Up-to-date First Aid Training.
- Up-to-date in-house Club V Training.
- Up-to-date Active Play Training.
- A genuine passion and affinity for working with children.
- Confidence in entertaining and engaging children.
- Ability to conduct physical games and activities.
- Willingness to learn and implement new junior programmes.
