Job Overview
Dis-Chem Pharmacies is looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join its Head Office Division in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and professional office environment that meets Dis-Chem’s high standards.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to follow instructions

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Clean offices, meeting rooms, communal areas, kitchens, and restrooms daily
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene throughout the Head Office
- Vacuum carpets according to company procedures
- Dust desks, chairs, telephones, shelves, photocopiers, and office furniture
- Ensure kitchens and bathrooms remain clean and fully stocked
- Empty bins and dispose of waste correctly
- Check that refuse does not contain company products or valuable items
- Display wet floor signs while cleaning
- Store cleaning equipment safely after use
- Report faulty equipment, damaged doors, taps, lights, locks, or other maintenance issues
- Assist visitors by directing them to the correct offices when required
- Communicate professionally with staff and guests
- Report shortages of cleaning materials to the team leader
