The successful graduate will work closely with the Regional Human Resources Manager and support HR operations across the KwaZulu-Natal region. Purpose of the Programme
The Human Resources Graduate Programme is designed to provide graduates with practical workplace exposure across different HR functions. Participants will gain valuable experience in HR administration, recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, and organisational development while working alongside experienced HR professionals.
The programme aims to equip graduates with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to launch a successful career in Human Resources.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- A Degree in Human Resources Management.
- A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to different Premier FMCG sites when required.
