Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Intern will provide daily administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team while assisting with recruitment activities and HR administration. This internship offers valuable practical experience in recruitment processes, candidate administration, and HR systems, making it an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Provide day-to-day recruitment administration support.
- Conduct and coordinate employment reference checks.
- Capture and process MIE (background) checks on the system.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Provide first-line support to users of the e-Recruitment system.
- Liaise with internal departments and external service providers.
- Create and monitor payment workflows.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment-related tasks.
- Ensure recruitment documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a resident of KwaZulu-Natal.
- Have 0–1 year of Human Resources experience.
- Have completed a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Be passionate about recruitment and HR.
- Have good computer literacy and administrative skills.
