Job Purpose

The successful candidate will support production and warehouse operations by ensuring accurate stock control, production recording, pallet management, and general operational duties. You will play an important role in maintaining stock accuracy, supporting production teams, and ensuring compliance with food safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture production and stock movements accurately on Oracle systems.
• Process stock transactions correctly and on time.
• Balance and reconcile stock at the end of every shift.
• Conduct daily stock counts and reconciliations.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
• Provide accurate production and stock information to supervisors.
• Prepare, label, and stretch-wrap pallets.
• Ensure compliance and traceability documentation accompanies all pallets.
• Assist with receiving, moving, staging, and dispatching stock.
• Complete production and stock documentation accurately.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Support stock audits and inventory investigations.
• Perform general warehouse and production duties.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Strong mathematical and numerical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literacy and the ability to use stock management systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Physical fitness to perform manual duties.

Advantageous:
