Premier FMCG is currently recruiting for a Driver: Salesman to join its Blue Ribbon Bakery team in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working under pressure while meeting delivery schedules and sales targets. You should also be comfortable working weekends, public holidays, and in different operational areas when required.

Key Responsibilities
As a Driver: Salesman, your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver bakery products to customers accurately and on time.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed according to customer requirements.
- Support bakery sales growth through excellent customer service.
- Collect customer payments accurately and responsibly.
- Manage bakery sales assets on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Represent the Blue Ribbon and Premier FMCG brands professionally.
- Ensure products are handled safely during transportation.
- Meet daily delivery schedules and sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate delivery and payment records.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
- Support business operations in alternative areas when required.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- A valid Code 10 (C1) Driver’s Licence.
- A valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP) that is at least three years old.
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
