What You Will Do

As a Workplace Experience Student, you will:

  • Support business and engineering projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on assigned projects.
  • Gain practical workplace experience related to your qualification.
  • Assist in identifying and solving operational challenges.
  • Complete Work Integrated Learning (WIL) projects assigned by your Line Manager.
  • Build technical and professional skills through hands-on experience.
  • Perform additional duties that contribute to business objectives.
  • Learn from experienced professionals in a dynamic working environment.

Fields of Study

Applications are invited from students studying:

  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering

Relevant Bachelor’s Degrees, National Diplomas, BTech, or BCom qualifications aligned with the programme will be considered.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be a South African citizen or legally authorized to work in the country.
  • Must be based in or around the city of hire (Isando, Gauteng).
  • Must be currently in the final year of their qualification.
  • Must require Work Integrated Learning (WIL) to complete their studies.
  • Must have less than one year of full-time work experience in their field of study.
  • Must possess a relevant Bachelor’s Degree, National Diploma, BTech, or BCom qualification applicable to the programme.
