Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collecting and delivering domestic and international shipments.
- Completing scheduled pick-ups and deliveries safely and on time.
- Transporting parcels securely while preventing loss or damage.
- Supporting dispatch and courier operations.
- Assisting with sorting, packing, and parcel handling activities.
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely.
- Following planned delivery routes and operational procedures.
- Ensuring all deliveries and collections are accurately documented.
- Providing excellent customer service during collections and deliveries.
- Working closely with station and hub teams to maintain operational efficiency.
- Following all company health and safety procedures.
- Reporting delivery issues, delays, accidents, or vehicle defects promptly.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the allocated vehicle.
- Performing additional operational duties as required by management.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Valid Code 14 (EC) Driver’s Licence (essential).
- Ability to work a 45-hour week.
