About the Position
TWK Agri is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Floor Advisor to join its Trade Division in Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal.
This exciting opportunity is ideal for candidates who have an interest in agriculture, animal health, and retail sales. The successful applicant will provide expert advice to customers, promote Animal Health products, maintain stock, and ensure excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the retail store.

Key Responsibilities
As a Floor Advisor, your duties will include:
- Ordering stock and ensuring products are always available.
- Merchandising products to create attractive store displays.
- Selling agricultural and Animal Health products to customers.
- Conducting monthly stock counts and inventory control.
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Sorting, receiving, and storing stock correctly.
- Keeping the sales floor clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Ensuring products are displayed according to company standards.
- Assisting with general retail store operations.
- Working overtime when operational requirements demand.
- Following all Health and Safety procedures.
- Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- A related qualification (advantageous).
- Knowledge of agricultural input products.
- Knowledge of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Health products.
- General farming knowledge.
- Good marketing and sales skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A valid Code 08 driver’s licence.
- Willingness to travel when required.
