Job Overview
Fidelity Cash Solutions, a division of Fidelity Services Group, is looking for dedicated and experienced candidates to join its Clearing Team (FLM) in Emalahleni (Witbank). This permanent role is ideal for security professionals with cash-in-transit (CIT) experience who are passionate about maintaining the safe and efficient loading of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs).
The successful candidate will be responsible for loading ATMs, securing and accounting for cash transactions, attending to basic ATM technical faults, and ensuring that all client assets are protected at all times. The role requires strict compliance with security procedures, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering excellent customer service.
Candidates must have the required security qualifications, firearm competency, and a valid driver’s licence.
Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to safely and efficiently load client ATMs while ensuring accurate cash handling, protecting company and client assets, and maintaining the highest standards of operational security.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Load client ATMs on a daily basis.
- Secure and account for all cash transactions.
- Attend to ATM technical faults when required.
- Balance and reconcile cash accurately.
- Protect client assets and company property.
- Follow all security procedures and operational policies.
- Complete TransTrack scanning procedures.
- Assist and communicate professionally with clients.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Clear criminal record.
- PSIRA Grade B accreditation.
- Completed firearm training (Handgun and Rifle).
- SAPS Competency Certificate.
- Cash-in-Transit (CIT) Certificate.
- Previous experience in the security industry or a similar role.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Computer literacy.
