Key Responsibilities & Duties
Switchboard & Reception Management: Operate and manage the central company switchboard efficiently, directing calls and answering queries professionally.
Visitor Hospitality & Access: Warmly receive, welcome, and direct external visitors, ensuring all registration, badging, and security access procedures are followed.
Meeting & Event Coordination: Coordinate meeting room bookings, schedule visitor arrangements, and assist with corporate events and workplace initiatives.
Correspondence & Logistics: Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and daily courier service logistics.
Administrative & Workplace Support: Assist the General Services team with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate reception records, logs, and operational reports.
Facility & Security Liaison: Ensure reception and waiting areas are kept immaculate, and escalate facility, maintenance, or security concerns promptly when required.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: 0 to 1 year of practical work experience (ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals).
Language Proficiency: Fluent in verbal and written English with strong interpersonal communication skills.
Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desirable.
