About the Graduate Programme
United Pharmaceutical Distributors (UPD), a division of the Clicks Group, is inviting applications from two (2) unemployed Diploma graduates to join its W&R SETA Graduate Programme 2026/2027. This exciting programme is designed to provide recent graduates with valuable workplace experience in the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
Successful candidates will be placed at the UPD Durban Branch in Mahogany Ridge, Pinetown, where they will gain practical exposure within the Operations and Administration Department. The programme will run for 12 months, allowing graduates to develop industry knowledge, strengthen their professional skills, and improve their future employment opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for young graduates who are eager to build a career in operations, logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, or business management while working for one of South Africa’s leading pharmaceutical distributors.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric).
A completed Diploma qualification in one of the approved fields.
Must be unemployed.
Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
Must be available for the full 12-month programme.
Applicants currently on a SETA bursary or participating in a learnership programme will not be considered.
