About the Graduate Programme
United Pharmaceutical Distributors (UPD), a division of the Clicks Group, is inviting applications for its W&R SETA Graduate Programme 2026/2027. This programme is aimed at unemployed graduates who are eager to gain practical workplace experience in one of South Africa’s leading pharmaceutical distribution companies.
Successful candidates will be placed within the Operations and Administration Departments at the Lea Glen Head Office and Rand Leases Branches in Johannesburg. The programme will run for 12 months, providing graduates with valuable exposure to real business operations, professional mentorship, and practical training that will strengthen their career prospects.
This opportunity is ideal for graduates who have recently completed a Degree or Diploma in one of the approved fields and are looking to gain their first workplace experience. Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old, have no previous work experience, and must currently be unemployed.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric).
A completed Degree or Diploma in one of the listed qualifications.
Be between 18 and 35 years old.
Have no previous work experience.
Must be unemployed at the time of application.
Be available for the full 12-month graduate programme.
