About the Opportunity
Tsebo Cleaning and Hygiene Solutions is currently recruiting Temporary Cleaners to join its commercial cleaning team in the West Rand area of Gauteng. This is an excellent opportunity for hardworking, reliable, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic workplaces.
The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that offices, reception areas, restrooms, boardrooms, and other facilities remain clean and well maintained. The role is shift-based, requiring flexibility to work different shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Cleaning offices, reception areas, toilets, equipment, and company property.
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising work areas.
- Emptying office dustbins daily and disposing of waste correctly.
- Collecting recyclable paper waste for collection.
- Cleaning and checking bathrooms throughout the day.
- Dusting office furniture and workstations.
- Vacuuming carpets at least twice every week.
- Cleaning interior windows according to the scheduled rotation.
- Storing cleaning equipment and chemicals safely after use.
- Assisting with preparing boardrooms for meetings.
- Using cleaning materials responsibly to avoid unnecessary waste.
- Following Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures at all times.
- Performing additional cleaning duties as requested by management.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Grade 11 with proven cleaning experience.
- Grade 12 (Matric) will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in commercial, office, or contract cleaning.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Knowledge of workplace hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning duties.
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays.
- Preference may be given to applicants living close to the work sites.
