The successful candidates will support daily factory operations by ensuring efficient production, maintaining product quality, and complying with food safety, quality, and environmental standards.

📝 Key Responsibilities
• Support daily production processes.
• Sort, grade and pack dried fruit according to quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of workstations.
• Receive, handle and store raw materials and finished goods.
• Identify and report product defects, contamination risks and equipment faults.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output targets.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory control.
• Record production information for product traceability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Comply with company policies, food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality Food Safety (QFS) requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

✅ Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or factory environment will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP knowledge is beneficial).
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Experience operating production equipment is beneficial but not essential.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and overtime when required.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
