π About the Internship
Premier FMCG is inviting applications for its Quality Assurance and Control Internship in Durban. This opportunity is designed for students who are completing their National Diploma in Food Technology and require practical workplace experience to complete their qualification.
The successful intern will receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to quality assurance, food safety, and quality control processes within one of South Africa’s leading FMCG companies.

π Key Responsibilities
β’ Assist in ensuring quality products are produced.
β’ Gain practical experience in Quality Management processes.
β’ Participate in internal and external quality audits.
β’ Support food safety and quality control activities.
β’ Assist with technical support and troubleshooting.
β’ Contribute to maintaining food safety standards on site.
β’ Support the implementation of the site’s food safety culture plan.
β’ Learn and apply Occupational Health and Safety procedures.
β’ Receive formal and informal coaching throughout the internship.

β Minimum Requirements
β’ Grade 12 (Matric).
β’ Currently studying towards a National Diploma in Food Technology (Final Year).
β’ Must have a logbook from a recognised tertiary institution outlining the required practical training.
