As a Customer Service Consultant, you will provide outstanding service by understanding customer needs, offering suitable banking solutions, and promoting FNB’s digital and self-service banking channels.
You will play an important role in creating positive customer experiences while ensuring all banking procedures, policies, and compliance requirements are followed.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
- Cross-sell and promote FNB products and services.
- Assist customers with banking transactions.
- Encourage customers to use digital banking and self-service channels.
- Promote channel migration to improve customer convenience.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
- Apply the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
- Support cost-saving and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Meet transaction and service delivery targets.
- Complete mandatory training and development programmes.

✅ Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric).
- An NQF Level 5 qualification in Banking or
- An NQF Level 6 qualification in Banking or a related field.
