TWK Agri is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Floor Advisor to join its Trade Division in Pongola, KwaZulu-Natal. This permanent opportunity is ideal for individuals who have a passion for agriculture, retail sales, and delivering excellent customer service. As a Floor Advisor, you will provide expert advice to customers on a wide range of agricultural input products while ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing. You will assist customers in selecting the right products, promote sales, and ensure they receive professional and friendly service at all times.
Your responsibilities will include ordering, merchandising, and selling stock, conducting monthly stock counts, assisting customers in-store, and ensuring goods are correctly sorted and stored. You will also be expected to maintain a safe working environment by complying with Health and Safety requirements and be willing to work overtime when operational needs require it.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- A relevant qualification will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of pumps, hardware, and irrigation systems.
- Product knowledge of agricultural input products and veterinary medicine.
- General farming knowledge.
- Good marketing and sales skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Valid Code 08 driver’s licence.
- Willingness to travel when required.
