Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the Cabin Crew position, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Have at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Possess a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Be comfortable working within a multicultural team and interacting with people from different nationalities.
- Hold a minimum qualification of Grade 12 (High School Certificate).
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Be at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment.
- Have no visible tattoos while wearing the official Emirates Cabin Crew uniform.
- Be willing to relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and satisfy the UAE employment visa requirements.

Salary and Benefits
Emirates offers an attractive compensation package that includes a competitive, tax-free salary together with additional financial and lifestyle benefits.
The monthly remuneration package consists of:
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month.
- Flying Pay: AED 69.60 per flight hour, based on an average of 80–100 flying hours each month.
- Average Total Monthly Salary: Approximately AED 11,244 (around USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280). These figures are approximate and apply to Grade II (Economy Class) Cabin Crew.
In addition to salary, Cabin Crew receive overseas meal allowances for overnight layovers, which are paid with the following month’s salary.
