Key Responsibilities
Secretarial and Administrative Support
The Regional Secretary will provide efficient administrative support to the Regional Manager and regional team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing administrative tasks and providing professional secretarial assistance.
- Preparing and organising documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensuring regional documentation is accurate, updated, and properly maintained.
- Assisting management with daily administrative requirements.
- Supporting regional initiatives, projects, and operational activities.

Diary and Meeting Management
A key part of this role involves coordinating schedules, meetings, and important regional activities.
Duties include:
- Managing complex calendars and schedules for regional management.
- Coordinating meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Preparing meeting agendas and supporting documentation.
- Recording meeting minutes accurately.
- Following up on action items and ensuring outstanding tasks are monitored.
