As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions efficiently, handling cash and card payments, issuing receipts, maintaining an organised checkout area, and supporting general retail operations such as shelf merchandising and stock takes. Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Computer literacy.
- Previous cashier experience.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Process customer purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Receive cash and card payments.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and correct change.
- Count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Sort, count, and prepare notes and coins.
- Calculate prices and process customer transactions efficiently.
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Keep checkout areas clean, organised, and presentable.
- Bag, box, wrap, and prepare customer purchases.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are correctly priced.
- Participate in stock takes and inventory counts.
- Assist with general store duties as required.
