- Must be a South African Citizen by birth.
Qualification Requirements:
- Must have completed or be completing an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification by the end of 2026.
- Minimum requirement of a B-degree qualification (NQF Level 7), including qualifications such as:

- B-Tech
A 3-year National Diploma (NQF Level 6) will only be considered in the following fields:
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems / Information Technology
Academic Requirements:
- Minimum overall academic average of 65% for completed or most recent academic results.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Applicants must have less than two years of work experience in a corporate or formal work environment after completing their studies.
