Main Purpose of the Role:
The main purpose of the Collections Consultant role is to recover debt and assets by following approved collection processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be expected to contact clients and authorised third parties, negotiate repayment agreements, monitor payment arrangements, and take corrective action where necessary. Key Responsibilities:
The Collections Consultant will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts and ensuring that internal and external stakeholders meet agreed turnaround times and service level agreements. Experience Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in credit collections
