Job Description
ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP
Purpose: This learnership programme is intended at identifying suitable internal candidates for participation in the learnership programme and does not guarantee selection or enrolment.
Qualification: National Certificate: Generic Management (NQF Level 4)
Duration: 12 months
Training: Blended learning – theoretical training, practical learning and workplace application
Outcome: Upon successful completion, learners will obtain a nationally recognised qualification
Cost covered: Tuition Fees only
KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in structured theoretical training sessions
Apply learning within the workplace through practical assignments
Develop fundamental management and supervisory competencies
Complete workplace-based assessments and portfolio of evidence
Demonstrate professional communication, planning and problem-solving skills
REQUIREMENTS
Citizenship: South African citizen and reside in Gauteng
Age: Between 18 and 45 years
Education: Minimum Grade 11 / Matric qualification with English
Employment Status: Only permanently employed at Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd for more than one (1) year at the time of application will be considered
