Position Overview: Payroll Administrator
The Payroll Administrator will be based at Fidelity’s Midrand branch and will work closely with Branch Managers, Operations teams, and Payroll Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining payroll documentation, processing payroll-related information, resolving pay queries, and ensuring accurate administrative records.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
• A Matric (Grade 12) certificate is essential
• Experience with SAP payroll systems will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to liaise professionally with staff at all levels
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Must have own reliable transport

• Resolving posting sheet queries within prescribed timeframes
• Following up on outstanding company numbers and payroll references
• Managing pay-related corrections and ensuring proper documentation
• Attending to all payroll queries promptly and providing immediate feedback
• Conducting daily courtesy calls with managers and operational sites
• Submitting time books and payroll records to management
• Ensuring correct processing of pay rate changes
• Capturing and processing deductions such as garnishee orders, maintenance orders, and third-party deductions
• Verifying payroll data accuracy and maintaining compliance
