Role Overview

The Waitron (Restaurant Server) plays a vital role in delivering outstanding dining experiences to customers. As a front-of-house team member, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring customer satisfaction from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence
  • Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Present menus and explain daily specials, promotions, or popular items
  • Offer recommendations to enhance the customer dining experience
Order Taking & Service
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen team
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
  • Monitor tables to ensure guests receive timely service and assistance
Customer Satisfaction
  • Check on customers during meals to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns quickly
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere
Dining Area Management
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently between guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas
  • Ensure tables are properly set according to restaurant standards
Payment & Coordination
  • Process customer payments accurately when required
  • Work closely with cashiers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
  • Support team members during busy service periods
