About the Learnership
The GRU Learnership Programme is designed to equip participants with industry-relevant skills and knowledge within the Long-Term Insurance sector. Learners will work full-time at Groups R Us while completing online learning, assignments, and examinations as part of the accredited NQF Level 5 qualification.
This programme combines theoretical learning with hands-on experience, ensuring that learners gain exposure to real workplace environments while building a strong foundation for future career opportunities in insurance, financial advisory services, or entrepreneurship.
In addition to formal training, learners will receive coaching and mentorship aimed at preparing them for Regulatory Examination (RE) requirements and long-term professional growth within the industry.
