The Role – Sales Assistant
As a Sales Assistant at Cotton On Watercrest, you will be more than a retail associate – you will be a brand ambassador. You will help create memorable customer experiences while supporting our store and global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service: Provide a welcoming and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
- Support our global initiatives: Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundations and contribute to life-changing projects around the world.
- Maintain store standards: Ensure the store is organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked by replenishing and merchandising products.
- Collaborate with your team: Work with colleagues to achieve store goals and drive results.
