About Scoutnet
Scoutnet was established in August 2020, during a period of significant global change, with the goal of supporting businesses adapting to remote work environments. The company was founded to leverage the rapid shift toward work-from-home models, particularly within financial services and insurance call centre operations.
Scoutnet designs, develops, and deploys secure work-from-home platforms for insurance products and virtual call centres. These platforms are made available to product owners and retail client base owners, enabling them to operate efficiently while maintaining high standards of security, compliance, and performance.
The organisation makes use of modern technologies and digital trends, including cloud-based solutions, Software as a Service (SaaS), software-defined security, and participation in the digital and gig economy. Scoutnet’s long-term vision is to build a scalable platform capable of supporting 5,000 trained agents and multiple product offerings within five years.
Scoutnet’s business model has proven successful since its first deployment in November 2020, with the launch of a new-generation motor warranty product, AutoEaze. Since then, additional products have been developed in partnership with established insurance providers, including Centriq, with Dis-Chem Health serving as a flagship affinity partnership. Today, Scoutnet employs over 100 full-time agents and staff, with a confirmed pool of more than 450 additional agents ready to accept work.
