To qualify for the position, applicants must meet the following basic criteria:
- Grade 12 Certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification.

The Administration Clerk: Production will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support in managing logistical documentation and ensuring compliance with confidentiality, security, and audit standards.
Main duties include:
- Document Control & Record Keeping
- Allocate document identification numbers and control revision levels.
- Manage computer file references and load data onto the logistics database.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in both physical and digital formats.
- Data Management & Quality Control
- Administer the document release process and secure destruction of redundant or classified documents.
- Support periodic physical audits of records and registers to ensure accountability.
- Maintain filing and tracking systems for all logistical documentation.
- Logistics Administration
- Monitor and record document movements and ensure safe return of materials upon project completion.
- Support management in implementing efficient document control systems.
- Promote operational effectiveness by maintaining the integrity and accessibility of all logistical records.
- General Office Support
- Handle multiple clerical tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
- Provide assistance during audits, stock checks, and document verifications.
