Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Retail Management/Operations, Property Studies, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in an analytics role, preferably within supply chain, retail, or property development
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, visualization)
Ability to interpret and analyze large data sets
Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through academic performance and work experience
Other Requirements: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Support Business Units: Analyse operational data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making in Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and Property Development
Drive Process Optimisation: Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and performance
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide analytics support for key business functions
Contribute to Strategic Initiatives: Assist in developing models and reports that drive business growth and operational effectiveness
Develop Professionally: Gain exposure to key business processes, receive mentorship, and advance your analytics expertise within the retail industry
