REQUIREMENTS:
Min 6 months contact centre experience essential
6 months customer service experience required
Experience in the Travel or Tourism industry is advantageous
6 months aviation experience
Previous Sales experience is advantageous
Must have matric
1 Year Diploma in Travel/Tourism/Hospitality or Service
Shift/working hours – 06:00 – 22:00
8 hours shift per day
Able and willing to work rotational shifts
Speaks English, Zulu, Sotho
Based in Soweto & JHB CBD

The Senior Administrator supports the Monitoring and Evaluation function and ensures quality control of all requirements by M&E Officer, including verification of information, submissions to payroll and evaluations of all JF11 submissions to the M&E Office as well as writes reports on all monitoring and evaluations activities conducted by the JF11 Merchants Academy Programs, during and subsequent to the completion of JF11 training while the beneficiaries are hosted in the business units
- Tracking and Reporting
- Attends all meetings related to JF11, scheduled by the Project Office
- Ensure quality of data collected for all monitoring and evaluation purposes for the Project in line with the JF11 Monitoring and Evaluation framework.
- Provide feedback to the Project Team on data collated for monitoring and evaluation outputs and outcomes conducted for the program.
- Conduct monthly verification of reported information by the JF 11 program to ensure quality and accuracy of reported information.
- Build capacity of JF11 admin staff to support monitoring and evaluation of the JF11 program
- Assist in designing, coordinating, and conducting project evaluations of JF 11 program.
- Design and conducting Post Implementation Monitoring Survey (PIMS)
- Compile and verify quarterly and annual reports.
- Support admin staff in improving learning, good practice and sharing of performance information and evaluation reports.
- Tracks and reports on beneficiaries for a period of 1 year subsequent to completion of JF11 Training.
- Administration
- Maintains all training documentation on internal Intranet.
- Obtains quotes for printing and stationary for training interventions.
- Keeps training records and files up to date for ATR section of workplace skills plan.
- Audits training bookings against training registers (monthly)
- Arranges for maintenance of training equipment, to ensure effective delivery of training.
- Makes all logistical arrangements for training sessions – list of participants, invitations/cancellations, training venue, equipment, training manuals and material, pre- and post- assessments, evaluation forms and catering (only when required).
- Prepares and ensures training material is available to trainers and consultants for the successful delivery of training interventions as per agreed schedule.
- Organizes training rooms and other logistics required, as per agreed schedule.
- Confirms attendance with delegates prior to the scheduled training intervention.
Requirements
- Minimum matric or equivalent NQF
- Minimum 2 year administration experience in areas detailed above
- Experience in a training environment
- SA SDL legislation
- MS Office – Intermediary
- Training and skills development experience
